Before us stands the Negresco Hotel — not a static monument,
but a dancing building, drawn into a whirlwind of light and spiraling lines.
Its dome seems to spin to the rhythm of the wind,
while the entire composition unfolds within the silhouette of France —
where, below, at the place of Nice, a flower blooms bearing the city’s name.

It is a poem about motion and transformation,
about stone learning to dance,
and a city’s legend coming alive upon the canvas.
